Douglas Snyder is president of TCA, a Brentwood, Tennessee-based information and telecommunication systems consulting firm founded in 1987. He has over 24 years experience in consulting, management, engineering and marketing to the government, computer, retail and health care industries. His expertise includes computers, databases, network, telephone and the internet. As a consultant, Mr. Snyder has assisted major national clients such as University of California, Tennessee State University, ADT Automotive, Columbia/HCA, Quorum and PhyCor with Business and Technology Strategic Planning, Call Center Design, Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) Application Design, Telecommuting, Remote User Networking and System Integration applications.

Mr. Snyder's education includes a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel. He is an Ambassador with the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce, former member of the Williamson County Economic Council and recipient of the BellSouth Award for Outstanding Technology Applications Leadership.
Prior to founding TCA, Mr. Snyder was the Director of Telecommunications for Hospital Corporation of America, Director of Office Systems for Service Merchandise, Product Manager, Systems Engineer and Programmer for NCR Corporation and a Captain in the United States Air Force with the Computer Communication Programming Center.
